Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Our processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks from when you place your order. Everything is handmade by me and I print your shirts as fast as I can, in the order in which they were placed.

SHIPPING TIME:

Our items ship worldwide. Your shipping time depends upon whether you are a United States based customer or International. All orders are shipped USPS First-Class unless upgraded to Priority. Domestic packages have a delivery expectancy of 2-7 days. International packages have a delivery expectancy of 10-25 business days (some countries may take longer for delivery). Trio Trendy Threads is not responsible for any Value Added Tax by Customs on International shipping. This may occur in some countries so please check with your customs department in advance. 

TRACKING:

First-Class domestic packages include tracking but do not cover lost or stolen items. Please consider upgrading to Priority Mail shipping to have $50 package insurance included. International orders do not include tracking outside of the US. If you would like tracking please upgrade to Priority Mail International at checkout. 

ORDER INFORMATION:

Once your order has shipped all customers will be sent a shipping notification to the email provided during checkout. Please check your junk folder. Trio Trendy Threads is not responsible for any USPS mistakes: lost, damaged, or stolen. Packages that show ‘Delivered’ on tracking will not be replaced. If you are concerned about items being lost or stolen, please upgrade to Priority Mail for package insurance. You are responsible for filing lost, damaged, or stolen items to USPS. We will help you where we can but ultimately once the package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS it is their responsibility.
